THI offers spares for erection, start-up, commissioning, and long-term operation of fired heaters and their associated systems. We use the same high-quality materials as in our original heater fabrications. THI also strives to accommodate emergency spares shipments whenever possible.

The specific kinds and amounts of spares appropriate for a given piece of equipment will depend upon the heater type, the plant location, and the customer's company philosophy.

The most common spares that we provide are Heater Coil Parts (i.e. flange gaskets, studs/nuts and spare castings), Burner Spares (i.e. tips and tiles), Instrumentation & Controls (i.e. Tubeskin Thermocouples) and Air Preheat/SCR Parts (i.e. seal kits and filters).
